Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
o Must be able to read, review, and understand Take-Off sheets to determine how much of each material is needed to complete a project for bids/quotes submittals.
o Comfortable making cold calls and making face-face customer calls to perspective clients on the phone, in person, and via presentations.
o Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
o Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
o Source leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc. to maximize networking and relationship building.
o Create and maintaining a list/database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
o Able to track and meet sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
o Should be familiar with entire sales process from sourcing to closing. Inclusive of bidding, and procurement to delivery coordination.
o Handle customer inquiries/problem resolution
Deal Breakers:
- Must be able to read, review, and understand Take-Off sheets
- MUST be bilingual
- Experience in Construction and or Pipe industry (Minimum 2-3 years)
- MUST Pass drug and background check
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, especially composing correspondence via the Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
o Education: Degree OR previous experience in construction, outbound call center, sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
o Should have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
